The Blue Extra fare is completely refundable and doesn't require you to pay a change or cancellation fee.
It's important to check which fare you are purchasing at the time of booking. We will let you know if your flight is refundable in the fare rules when you buy your flight.
At Alternative Airlines, you can add Cancellation Protection to your JetBlue flight, which will entitle you to a full refund if you can't use your flight due to a number of emergency circumstances, including scheduled airline failure, adverse weather, redundancy and many other reasons.
